About Immanuel:

Immanuel Lutheran Church is part of the Oregon Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The congregation was started by Norwegian immigrants in the late 1800's and now has a multi-ethnic membership and outreach.

After experiencing devastating church fires in 1975 and 1995, the congregation has rebuilt the facilities again to serve people in Silverton and the surrounding Willamette Valley. Many people drive from Salem, Mollalla, Woodburn, Stayton and other communities to participate in the worship life, fellowship and mission of Immanuel. Come and check us out! We are looking forward to meeting you.
